Name: Whisper (Real name lost)
Titles/Nicknames: The Necromancer, The Witch Lich, The Preserver, Queen of the Dead
Race: Undead Human
Age: 96 Died: 24
Gender: Female
Occupation: Nercomancer
Rank: N/A
Appearance:
Done by: theDURRRRIAN
Whisper has bone white skin and night black hair with emerald green eyes. The state of her well being depends on how much energy she has. When she reaches a certain threshold she looks like the beautiful woman she was before she died. However once she goes below this threshold her appearance starts to diminish. First the more recent and big wounds begin to appear then more show as her flesh starts to deteriorate until she looks like a beaten up corpse that only looks minutes from having passed. The first wound to appear will always be the stab wound to her heart.
Personality: Many would think a Undead Necromancer is cold and cruel along, murderers killing to become more powerful to conquer the world. However with Whisper this is far from the truth. She knows that while she possesses the power to bring things back to life, as an Undead being she can never have the power to make new life, the one thing she wishes she could do. Through this she recognizes that life has a purpose and value therefore shouldn’t be destroyed or wasted carelessly. However she uses this realization to try and preserve the past to help future generations learn so they don’t make the same mistakes as those before them. Whisper has no interest in conquest but instead seeks knowledge for knowledge is power. While she is interested in what goes on in the world for history is made in the present, she tries not to interfere due to her fear of others.
Whisper may seem cold to strangers for she is always suspicious of them due to a very long past of persecution by others due to their fear of her that continues to this day. However if they spent time with her they would know that she is actually quite warm and kind, some would say almost motherly. She took care of the beings she brought back as such for she cares for all of them deeply. She used her energy to bring them back after all. Because of this the betrayal of the Lost cut her deeply and she will always try to reason with them to come back to her first before she has to do the inevitable.

Magic: Whisper is extremely skilled in the use of magic, arguably one of the most powerful beings in her schools of magic. Her main focus is necromancy, something she has had an affinity to even as a child. She is by far one of the powerful users of it, rivaling even Gods. She is able to raise people from the dead along with take the energy of the living to fuel her powers. This extends to most forms of life, including plants, animals, people, and onward. She also possesses the ability to age living things by taking their lifeforce or make them youthful by channeling her power and giving it to them. Whisper also possesses what she calls ‘Other Sight’, a power somewhat related to her affinity for necromancy. An ability that she had since she was born as a living Human, it allows her to see the souls of the dead around her along with reveal the true form of those who are hiding whether it be invisible, shapeshifting, possession, or other magical means. Few magical things can hide from her gaze. She is experimenting with being able to absorb energy from lightning and possibly being able to take it like she takes life force.
Though not to the point as her skill with necromancy, she also schooled in several other forms of magic such as shadow, enchantment, earth, fire, and some more as she learns. She can effectively hide herself and others in the shadows along with being able to snuff some light such as fire. She is working on being able to draw strength from it. She is able to erect walls of earth and, with much concentration, move a mountain. While not able to make fire appear through magical means yet, she is able to control it to the point where she can’t be burned by ‘normal’ fire (Holy fire or fire controlled by another mage are some examples of ‘not normal’).
Immortal: Whisper isn’t immortal in the typical sense of the word for it is beyond just being Undead. She isn’t a Goddess, though some might think she is. She can take the energy of all things near her, generally within a ten foot diameter. In her younger years this was passive but she has learned to control this power to the point where she can control how much and the rate, from none at all to within seconds. Her control begins to slip as she gets scared, hurt too badly, or knocked unconscious. When this happens she begins to do it passively where people begin to feel tired around her as she drains them. Though she can be incapacitated, neutralized, or destroyed to ash, she can never truly die for eventually she will reform (though a bit slowly) as she drains the energy from the things around her. Living things bring her back faster. With animals and people, the younger and more intelligent they are the more energy she gains though with plants it’s the older and bigger they are.
Book-Smart: Spending her undying life searching for knowledge and dedicating it to preserving it, while she is not the wisest being she is definitely one the smartest and knowledgeable persons in Eyrion. If someone wishes to know rare, hidden, forbidden knowledge or just wishes to learn, she’s the girl to go to. She is much nicer and more willing to offer her aid than a God. Her immortality means that she knows things few in this time remember.
Weaknesses:
Shy: You may be thinking ‘Why would an Immortal being be shy?’ Well if you were picked on and shunned since you were a little living Human the feeling might carry on to Undeadhood. While she isn’t shy around her Undead friends, she generally tries to keep to the shadows and not get involved in big events. She prefers to keep her distance from the Living, only interacting with them if she has to. Because of this, higher powers don’t consider her much of a threat.
Caring: Many may think someone who raises the dead to be malicious and cruel but Whisper is quite the opposite. She’s kind and caring, almost like a mother. She tries to raise people that want to help her or she wants to help them with something. It isn’t uncommon for her to put herself in danger for one of her Undead on the brink of falling. She cares deeply for her companions and the quickest way to earn her ire is to harm one.
Doesn’t Trust the Living: Whisper has been prosecuted by the Living ever since she was alive for fear of her entourage, appearance, and the powers she possesses. However a few have came to her to learn from her vast wealth of knowledge or strike a deal however many of these people have either tried to backstab, double cross, swindle, or simply cheat her. Though there is an extremely small number of Living she trusts, her immediate reaction to those Living who seek her is to treat them with suspicion, always be cautious around them, and to always have a contingency plan for when they to turn on her.

Lifebiter: A longsword she acquired a few decades ago, Whisper has enchanted it so that with every slice into something living, it drains a little bit of their energy out of them and into her. The longer it’s left in, the quicker it drains. She has also enchanted it so the blade is immune by the ravages of time so it never dulls nor rusts.
Whisper’s Staff: While it doesn’t have a name, it’s almost old as she is. Whisper doesn’t need her staff or sword to channel her powers, she can use her hands or just her will. However with her staff it allows her to focus it to exact it more precisely and with more ease. It’s enchanted to be unbreakable.
Mounts/Guardians/Pets:
Being a Necromancer, Whisper has the ability to bring people back as Undead. She does this by reanimating a corpse with her own energy and putting a little bit of the deceased’s soul in it, different than most means of raising Undead. How much of the soul depends on how much energy she puts in. No matter how much soul she puts in, they are still themselves. The difference is how much of their mind they would have. The bare minimum amount of soul they won’t remember much and would lack much of their previous intelligence. The more they have, the more of their previous intelligence they gain until it is back completely. The only two ways they can get more of their soul back is by either Whisper putting more energy into them, and therefore more of their soul, or they kill living people and by doing so taking their lifeforce. Whisper generally tries to bring as much of their soul back in one go but sometimes time takes precedence. Being Undead they are immortal in the sense that they can’t be killed from age, starvation, dehydration, or disease. However they can be killed through physical means or magically. Since each one has some energy from her, she can feel whenever they are killed. She is also capable of taking their energy from them if need be.
While most Undead Whisper raises are generally loyal to her, there are several who roam independently, driven by anger and vengeance. She refers to these beings as The Lost. They are strong willed Undead she brought back who either become so consumed by anger, revenge, or grief for various reasons that they break from her, the process usually having some mental effects associated with it so the typical Lost usually goes around murdering things. Due to their break with her, they can no longer mend their souls and she can’t feel their deaths.
